Most of the time when a local news station is getting opinions from folks on the street, they get pretty stupid responses to pretty dumb questions. But this reporter for NY1 really takes the cake by getting the reaction of a tough loss from a drunk college basketball fan.
The “boom goes the dynamite” dude has nothing on these guys from The American East Basketball Report at the University of Hartford. Though there isn’t a sweet catch phrase, it is so much harder to watch! I’d say it’s time for them to find a new major.

Apparently the mascot for Ohio (Rufus the Bobcat) decided to attack Ohio State’s Brutus the Buckeye right before the teams kicked off the game Saturday. The former mascot said “The whole reason I tried out was so I could come up to Ohio State and tackle Brutus”. The real question is, did he deserve it?
